Why This Manual Matters?

Confidence isn’t a mindset trick. It’s a full-system rebuild.

Most advice focuses on surface-level motivation — but that rarely lasts.

Success Stories

Integrated Martial Arts & Psychotherapy

Building Emotional Resilience:

“Trauma from my past made every day feel overwhelming, especially when managing intense emotional episodes with my BPD. I was so embarrassed initially and apprehensive about starting but combining psychotherapy with martial arts gave me practical ways to regulate my emotions in real-time. I’m so glad I gave it a shot. The somatic
exercises and mindset strategies helped me significantly reduce stress and manage my mental
health better. I genuinely feel more in control and empowered.”

Alex, 24

Stepping Out of the Comfort Zone and Into Confidence:

“I have battled with low self esteem and other mental issues and was hoping to understand myself better when I started with Gabby. I also wanted to learn the fundamentals of Martial Arts. While the psychotherapy has assisted me greatly and is something I am keen to continue doing, I really enjoy the martial arts side. It’s inspired me to join an actual martial arts gym and have the confidence to connect with others.”

Jordan, 40
